Downtown Niles parking lot across from H St on Niles Blvd. (map) DescriptionLength: 51 miles; Elevation: 890 feet Terrain: 2; Pace: B 0 Meet at 9:00 am for an 9:15 am start.  NOTE FOR WEEKEND RIDES: Riders arriving by car are asked to park in the unpaved parking area south of the train station. 0 We are starting a B ride series for 2023.  This first ride will be flat and close to home, but ridden at a B pace in the freezing January weather.  Several stops for Bio and water are available, but only as necessary and will be short.  We will regroup as necessary. 0 Please ride safely!  Signal or call out for road hazards, passing (always on the left), stopping, slowing, cross traffic, pedestrians, etc.  Obey the rules of the road.  If there's an incident that requires a ride leader's attention, call ASAP.   0 Please check your bike to make sure it is in good working order.  Bring a spare tube (preferably two), a pump, a patch kit, plenty of water, and snacks.  This is a no-drop ride and participants are expected to be sufficient in handling minor mechanical issues, e.g. flat tire, chain drop.  If you have a problem that will delay your arrival at the next regroup, text a ride leader.  If you decide to leave the ride before the finish, pleases communicate with a ride leader in-person or via text.   0 RideWithGPS:  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/41601323 0 Please download the route into your computer.  NO paper cue sheets will be provided.  If you do not use electronic maps, please print your own turn sheet from RWGPS. 0 Rain, significant chance of rain or poor riding condition cancels.
