9:300 AM Location Gold River, Gold River Shopping Center, SE corner of Sunrise Blvd and Gold Country Rd. Ride:            39.3 - 43.3 - 54.6            Hilly             Flexible Leader: Tom Adams, 916-764-7019, tcadams54@yahoo.com,  Description:  In this version, all routes take the American River Bike Trail to Beals Point and regroup there (mile 12.1). From here, we move over to East Roseville Pkwy and take Olympus Dr to Sierra College Blvd on the far side of Douglas Ave (mile 18.4). All routes turn left on Sierra College Blvd, but at mile 18.7 the short route turns right on a seldom used bike trail connector to Cavitt Stallman Rd. The short route takes Cavitt Stallman to Barton and then Eureka Road to Auburn Folsom, reconnecting with the other routes there. The medium and long routes climb Sierra College Blvd, turn on Rocklin Rd and take Rutherford Canyon Rd to Laird Rd, turning right (mile 23.9). The medium route takes Laird to Cavitt Stallman and jumps on to Auburn Folsom Rd there. The Long route turns on Wells which becomes Val Verde. This leads to King Rd and the Bru in Loomis (mile 29.5). Coming back, the long route takes Dick Cook to Auburn Folsom Rd. All routes turn on Folsom Dam Rd. Folsom Grind nearby is the best bet for a coffee stop on the short and medium routes.
