Title: Easy Ride in East Bay?

Description: Hi, I'm new to the area and trying to get back into shape with something I used to love, mountain biking! I've got a good bike but am wondering if anyone would like to set up, or suggest an existing ride, anywhere in the East Bay? Any suggestions appreciated ... and mountain biking groups you know of would be helpful, as well!
