Bill Ellis lead a brisk ride today from Sebastopol over Coleman Valley and back.   I met them at Occidental with Wayne Kellam and rode with  a moderate group (John Jackson, Martha Barton and Robin). 

After leaving Occidental, I didn't see the brisk group again (not surprising since they are "brisk" riders).  Our slower group had a fun ride in a slight mist.   Coleman Valley Rd. is still pretty but needs a little repair, the pavement is bad in a few spots.  After Bay Hill Rd., we were debating if we should "hammer", but after seeing an actual hammer in the roadway, it was decided we'd leave the hammering to the brisk crowd.

Then we had a short discussion about doing Joy Rd.  With democracy in action, we opted for Bohemian Hwy back to Occidental instead.  Even though the sun didn't make an appearance, it was still great just to be out riding.
