Tonight we did a loop from the intersection of Bennett Valley Rd. and Sonoma Mt., up Sonoma Mountain Rd., down Pressley/Roberts, to Petaluma Hill, up Crane Canyon and back to the start.

Richard was missing this week, of course, but we did the ride in his honor (after his crash last week).  We even have a little present for him which is to the left.  Hope you get back on your bike soon Richard.

John Jackson just bought a new digital camera and he will be taking some interesting photos.  I hope to have them on future ride reports.  We had a smallish group this evening, 5 riders, but as usual it was fun.  

Jacque told us that after picking up Richards bike last week out on Middle Two Rock Rd. he then went home to get his wife.  They then drove to Cotati to get Richards car and then to the hospital.  Jacques said he finally got home at 2:00 AM.  That's over and above the call of duty (it's nice to have good cycling buddys).
